Sonic Sorceress is the creative vision of Sara Kristine — a sound healer, ritualist, and guide devoted to the alchemy of vibration, energy, and soul.

Sara weaves together sound healing, yoga, Reiki, and ritual to create transformative experiences that invite deep rest, release, and renewal. Through her signature work with Crystal Tones® Alchemy™ singing bowls and other vibrational instruments, she helps people return to resonance — body, mind, and spirit.

Sara’s work is rooted in the belief that healing is not just about overcoming pain, but about reclaiming joy, sovereignty, and vitality. She offers practices that support trauma survivors, seekers, and soul travelers in moving beyond survival into deeper alignment and freedom.

Her voice is both candid and poetic — acknowledging that awakening can be “messy and hard AF” — while holding compassionate, sacred space for transformation. Through ritual, frequency, and embodied practice, she guides people into integration and authentic expression.

Sara brings over a decade of practice and study into her offerings:

• ERYT 500 / YACEP certified yoga instructor

• Usui Shiki Ryoho Art of Healing Reiki practitioner

• Alchemical sound practitioner working with rare crystalline instruments infused with elements such as palladium, rose quartz, aqua aura quartz, sunstone, celestite, super 7, and indium

• Retreat facilitator and ceremonial guide​​
