Refund Policy

All memberships, class passes or workshop, training and event tickets can be purchased via our website or our partners. Refunds when working with a third party will vary and you must read the particular policy for the particular event of retreat for more details.

All memberships are non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase. No exceptions.

All memberships are non-transferable. No exceptions.

A fee will be charge for any declined auto pay credit card payments.

All class passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and non-refundable. No exceptions. 

​

Payment for all classes, workshops, trainings and events must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to ensure your space.

Workshops are refundable up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days of the event, up to 48 hours in advance, the client may transfer their ticket to another member or receive account credit for another workshop, but no refunds are allowed within this time. Refunds or transfers are not valid within 48 hours of the events. No exceptions.

Trainings are refundable within 48 hours of purchase, as long as the event begins more than 14 days following the purchase date. Requests to cancel are handled on a case-by-case basis and prior to 7 days may be subject to receive a credit towards a future training based on availability and similar cost.

All class, workshop, training or event cancellations or funds should be made via our website or text telephone direct to Sonic Sorceress. We do not take cancellation or refunds requests via email.

In the event that RAINBOW ALCHEMY LLC dba Sonic Sorceress deem that a member, guest or anyone attending any event organized by RAINBOW ALCHEMY LLC dba Sonic Sorceress conducts themselves inappropriately, or not in accordance with RAINBOW ALCHEMY LLC dba Sonic Sorceress requirements or standards, RAINBOW ALCHEMY LLC dba Sonic Sorceress reserve the right to cancel, revoke or suspend any package, membership without any financial reimbursement or refund. In the event of any legal action being taken by either party RAINBOW ALCHEMY LLC dba Sonic Sorceress will not be liable for either party’s legal expenses.

COACHING:

​

Coaching sessions are non refundable after services rendered. All session must be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of said session time to be able to transfer to a different date/time. Your account will be credited. In the event that Sara dba Sonic Sorceress needs to reschedule you will be notified as quickly as possible via text and email and your account will be credited.
