These sacred arts opened a gateway for her—awakening the remembrance of the divine that pulses within and around us all. From this place of reverence, she offers these practices as pathways for you to return to your own essence. Together, we weave the vision of the Earth we all deserve.

Walking as both student and guide, she honors each step of this path as ceremony. With over 11 years of experience as an ERYT 500 Yoga Teacher and Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider, she has guided countless seekers through movement, stillness, and breath. She is also a Second-Degree Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Practitioner, a sound healer since 2016, and a Certified Mental Wellness Coach, trained in chakra trauma clearing, shamanic wellness techniques, and intuitive channeling.

Her work is a symphony of practices that invite you to remember your own wisdom, reclaim your vitality, and embody joy as your birthright. Through her offerings, she creates spaces of resonance—where the sacred and the ordinary dance as one, and where each soul is invited to rise in its fullest expression.
